It’s important to note that while AWS secures the cloud infrastructure, our role at Friday Social is to protect the data within it. We take a proactive stance on security, employing data protection strategies, security monitoring, and best practices in application security to complement AWS’s robust infrastructure protections. Together, this partnership allows us to offer a secure, efficient, and resilient service to our Users.

5. Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Compliance

In compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we are committed to protecting the Personal Data of our Users in Singapore. The PDPA provides a framework for the protection of Personal Data in Singapore, ensuring that organizations manage Personal Data in a responsible way. Under the PDPA, you are entitled to the following rights:

Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).

6. California Consumer Privacy Protection Act Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

 

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer's Personal Data disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data that a business has collected about consumers.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 12.
